Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the envynet platform and website ("Service") operated by envynet.

The service

envynet unifies point-of-sale, online-store and marketplace data and provides marketing tools for retail brands: continuous commerce synchronization, product and customer management, email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, a two-way customer inbox, attribution and reporting, push notifications, and AI-powered assistance (advisor, campaign copilot and optional customer assistant). Accounts are created by self-serve signup or provisioned by envynet.

Subscription, trial & billing

Messaging channels & delivery providers

The Service sends communications on behalf of merchants over email, SMS text messages and WhatsApp, through delivery providers that include Twilio SendGrid, Twilio and sent.dm — in most cases under the merchant's own provider accounts and agreements. Usage, carrier and delivery fees for those services are charged directly by the respective providers; envynet does not resell or mark up messaging traffic. Messages are limited to the following use cases: marketing (opted-in recipients only), account notifications, delivery notifications, and verification / one-time passcodes (2FA).

Integrations

Shopify and Clover synchronization is generally available. Additional platforms shown on envynet.com as rolling out are in development and not yet generally available; availability, functionality and timelines may change or be discontinued without notice.

Acceptable use

Data

Commerce and customer data connected to the platform remains the property of the merchant. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each merchant's data is scoped to their own account.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, envynet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and envynet's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
